Job Description:
Role Summary
We are looking for a Food & Beverage Operations Leader to build and scale structured operations across our Cloud Kitchens and Central Kitchen. This is a growth-stage leadership role focused on planning, structuring, and organizing operations. The role owns end-to-end operational performance, food safety, systems, financial controls, and MIS-led decision-making to drive consistent and profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Leadership
- Lead end-to-end operations across cloud kitchens and central kitchen.
- Design, implement, and govern SOPs to ensure consistency, hygiene, and compliance.
- Own operational performance, building structured and scalable processes.
HACCP & Food Safety
- Implement and maintain HACCP systems across all kitchens.
- Manage food safety audits, documentation, corrective actions, and compliance.
- Train teams on UAE food safety regulations and internal standards.
POS, Systems & Technology
- Lead implementation, integration, and optimization of restaurant POS systems.
- Ensure seamless integration between POS, inventory, finance, and aggregator platforms.
- Maintain system discipline, data accuracy, and reporting standards.
- Use system data to drive operational efficiency, cost control, and informed decisions.
Aggregator, Dispatch & Customer Experience
- Own aggregator platform operations (e.g., Talabat, Careem, Keeta), including pricing, promotions, and profitability.
- Lead and manage dispatch and CSR teams for accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor customer feedback, ratings, and repeat business to improve experience.
Maintenance & AMC Management
- Oversee maintenance operations across all kitchens.
- Manage AMCs, vendors, and asset performance.
- Ensure preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and operational risk.
Financial Control & Business Performance
- Monitor and optimize food cost, labor cost, wastage, commissions, and overheads.
- Analyze unit economics and drive margin improvement initiatives.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
MIS, Reporting & Decision Support
- Own daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reporting.
- Analyze operational and financial data to generate actionable insights.
- Present performance reviews and recommendations to senior management.
KPI Ownership & People Leadership
- Define, track, and drive KPIs across all operational teams.
- Build a structured, accountable, high-performance culture.
- Lead, train, and develop operations, CSR, dispatch, and maintenance teams.
Candidate Profile
- 8+ years of senior experience in UAE cloud kitchen, central kitchen, or multi-unit F&B operations.
- Strong expertise in HACCP and UAE food safety compliance.
- Proven experience implementing and managing restaurant POS systems.
- Experience managing aggregator platforms (e.g., Talabat, Careem, Keeta).
- Strong financial acumen with ability to interpret MIS and drive business decisions.
- Excellent leadership, planning, and execution skills.
- Highly structured, analytical, and commercially focused.
