Experience: Minimum of 10 12 years F&B operations experience out of which minimum 3+ years in Operations manager position.
Market Operations Planning & Control
Key Activities:
- Develop annual brand plans, budgets, and programs to strengthen product image and meet strategic goals.
- Monitor performance vs. budget and implement corrective actions.
- Support new store openings with promotions, supply chain, PR, events, advertising, and admin services.
- Identify brand development opportunities aligned with principal guidelines and local market trends.
- Control labor costs, overheads, and maintain balance between inventory and pricing.
- Build strong operations systems and teams to ensure daily excellence.
Strategic Operations Management
Key Activities:
- Align brand growth strategies with corporate development plans and communicate to sales/marketing teams.
- Advise marketing and product development teams on brand initiatives.
- Oversee promotions, PR, and advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness and profitability.
- Approve promotional materials and press releases to ensure brand consistency.
- Coordinate with project teams for outlet visibility and maintenance.
- Use market research to anticipate competition, track trends, and guide brand direction.
