About the Role
The Creekside Hotel is looking for enthusiastic, service-driven Waiters/Waitresses to join our Food & Beverage team. You will play a key role in delivering warm, attentive, and memorable dining experiences across our restaurants, lounges, and event spaces.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service Excellence
- Provide exceptional, personalized service to all guests, ensuring a welcoming and professional dining experience.
- Present menus, make recommendations, and answer guests questions with confidence.
- Accurately take orders and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
Operations & Standards
- Set up and clear tables according to hotel standards.
- Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and proper presentation of dining areas.
- Follow all service SOPs to maintain consistency and high-quality standards.
- Ensure proper handling of equipment, glassware, and tableware.
Teamwork & Coordination
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.
- Support colleagues during peak times to maintain seamless operations.
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
Safety & Compliance
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health standards as per UAE regulations.
- Maintain awareness of allergens, dietary requirements, and special requests.
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately when required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or similar F&B environment preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, teamwork-oriented, and passionate about hospitality.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in fast-paced environments.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service techniques.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
