Position Summary
As a Supervisor at Capital Motion, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, and supporting team performance. You will act as a key link between management and frontline staff, ensuring that service standards, cleanliness, and operational efficiency are consistently maintained. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily outlet operations to ensure smooth service flow.
Monitor staff performance and provide guidance, support, and feedback.
Ensure all team members adhere to company policies, grooming standards, and service protocols.
Assist in scheduling shifts and managing staff attendance and productivity.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety across the outlet.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and care.
Support inventory control, stock rotation, and requisition processes.
Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
Conduct pre-shift briefings and participate in training sessions.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Guest Service Excellence
Lead by example in delivering warm, attentive, and personalized service.
Resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
Promote a welcoming and positive atmosphere for guests and staff alike.
Monitor guest feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
Teamwork and Communication
Foster a collaborative and respectful team environment.
Communicate clearly with all departments to ensure operational alignment.
Motivate staff to achieve performance goals and uphold brand standards.
Assist in onboarding and training new team members.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 23 years of supervisory experience in hospitality or F&B.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Solid understanding of service operations and guest relations.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Proficiency in POS systems and basic administrative tasks.
Professional appearance and grooming.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirement
Ability to stand and move for extended periods.
Capable of lifting and carrying items up to 25 lbs.
Perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and climbing stairs.
Manual dexterity for handling trays, utensils, and POS equipment.
