Job Description:

  • Work with managers to determine training needs
  • Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions etc.
  • Prepare training material such as module summaries, videos etc.
  • Support and mentor new employees
  • Apply the training curriculum
  • Design and implement training programs
  • Select and book venues if needed
  • Track and keep employee attendance
  • Monitor and present employee performance
  • Coach the trainees OJT.
  • Keep assessment recordes.
  • Use LMS to mange trainees data on time .
  • Support the trainees .

  • Develop and cultivate a never-ending appetite for learning to broaden your knowledge
  • Strong organization and time-management skills to prioritize, delegate tasks and set goals for productivity
  • Creative and problem-solving skills to invent new ways to accommodate the learning needs of contemporary learners
  • Effective communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills to inspire and engage learners
  • Good research skills to perform advanced and analytical research to find reliable and relevant content for the learner

Experience:

  • 3 Years experience as trainer or similar role
  • Good understanding of various training methodologies and tools
  • Proficient in MS Office especially Powerpoint)
  • Experience with an e-learning software is an asset
  • Good time-management skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Critical-thinker and problem-solver

Academic Qualifications and Certification:

  • Bachelor degree
  • Excellent English skills.
  • Certified trainer
