We are looking for a Food and Beverage (F&B) Associate to assist in the daily operations of our dining facilities. The F&B Associate will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for guests. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Ensure tables are set up properly and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
- Assist in preparing and plating food items as needed.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Process payments and operate the cash register.
- Maintain inventory and restock supplies as necessary.
- Follow health and safety regulations in food handling and serving.
- Collaborate with kitchen and other staff to ensure efficient service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality is a plus.
- Proven experience as an F&B Associate, Waiter/Waitress, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills for handling payments.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
