Food & Beverage Business Development Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to lead 

B2B and B2C client acquisition efforts across the F&B industry. This role focuses on 

identifying new revenue opportunities, onboarding clients, and building long-term 

partnerships with restaurants, cafés, hotels, catering companies, corporate clients, and 

consumer-facing channels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

General Compliance & Standards

• Follow company policies, commercial guidelines, and reporting standards.

• Maintain accurate documentation of leads, opportunities, proposals, and 

contracts.

• Ensure all business development activities meet internal compliance 

requirements.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Business Growth & Partnerships (B2B & B2C)

• Identify, target, and acquire new B2B clients such as restaurants, cafés, hotels, 

catering companies, corporate offices, and hospitality groups.

• Develop B2C acquisition strategies to reach retail consumers, end-users, and 

direct customer segments.

• Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiating, closing, and 

onboarding.

• Build partnership proposals tailored to each client segment (B2B & B2C).

• Expand the company's presence across new markets, channels, and customer 

categories.

• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects and strategic partners.

Client Acquisition, Onboarding & Relationship Management

• Acquiring new clients across both B2B and B2C channels and ensure smooth 

onboarding.

• Understand client needs and align them with company products, services, and 

operational capabilities.

• Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration and service 

activation.

• Build long-term relationships with key accounts, hospitality groups, and 

consumer partners.

• Monitor client performance, satisfaction, and engagement to identify upsell and 

cross-sell opportunities.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all client-related communication.

Market Intelligence & Strategy Support

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new 

opportunities in the F&B sector.

• Provide insights on pricing, product positioning, customer behavior, and market 

demand.

• Support feasibility studies for new products, services, or market expansions.

• Collaborate with management on commercial strategies, revenue planning, and 

growth initiatives.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to ensure 

successful client onboarding and service delivery.

• Ensure commercial agreements align with operational capabilities and service 

standards.

• Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand activation initiatives for 

new clients.

• Provide regular updates, performance insights, and pipeline reports to 

management.

Reporting & Performance Monitoring

• Maintain CRM data with accurate tracking of leads, interactions, and client 

progress.

• Prepare periodic sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance dashboards.

• Track revenue performance against targets and KPIs.

• Identify risks, challenge, and recommend corrective actions to management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3–6+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships 

within F&B, hospitality, or food tech.

• Experience working with cloud kitchens, restaurants, or food delivery ecosystems 

is preferred.

• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

• Experience managing B2B clients or commercial partnerships.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, or related 

field.

• Strong English communication skills: Arabic is a plus.

• Proficiency in CRM systems and reporting tools.

• Commercially minded, proactive, and target driven.
