As a Food & Beverage Service Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in restaurant and hospitality operations by assisting with providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests while maintaining the highest standards of service.Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional mannerPresent menus, make recommendations, and answer questions about food and beveragesTake accurate orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen staffServe food and beverages in a timely and efficient mannerEnsure tables are set up correctly and maintained throughout serviceProcess payments and handle cash and credit transactions accuratelyMaintain a clean and organized work areaCollaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth serviceAddress guest concerns promptly and professionallyAdhere to all food safety and hygiene regulationsAssist in opening and closing procedures as requiredParticipate in regular team meetings and training sessionsAdapt to rotating schedules and different sub-departments within the Food & Beverage Division as needed
