Brand Manager support the Marketing Team in driving brand growth, building strong brand equity, and delivering impactful marketing initiatives across our private label portfolio. You will play a key role in developing brand strategies, executing campaigns, and monitoring performance to ensure our brands consistently win in the market.
Responsibilities
- Supports the development and implementation of brand strategies and annual marketing plans.
- Contributes to building brand positioning, messaging, and overall identity across all channels.
- Conducts market research to monitor consumer trends, competitor activities, and potential market opportunities.
- Analyzes sales data and consumer insights to support marketing decisions and prepare regular analysis reports.
- Assists in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, in-store, and traditional advertising.
- Coordinates with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and on time.
- Tracks campaign results and evaluate performance and ROI.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams on new product development, packaging design, and product launch execution.
- Supports product lifecycle management, including updates and discontinuation decisions.
- Monitors key KPIs such as sales growth, market share, store traffic, and average order value, and provides improvement recommendations.
- Assists in managing marketing budgets and ensuring efficient allocation of spending.
- Works closely with Sales, Supply Chain, and relevant teams to align marketing plans with business needs.
- Maintains communication with external vendors and agencies to support marketing activities.
- Prepares marketing briefs, materials, and presentations while providing general support to the marketing department.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or trade marketing within the FMCG or retail sector.
- Solid understanding of brand management principles and marketing strategies.
- Experience with brand architecture, brand building, and maintaining brand consistency.
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data analysis tools.
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Strong presentation skills.
