Food Retail Auditor

We are seeking detail-oriented and experienced Food Retail Auditors to conduct audits and assessments of retail food establishments. The ideal candidate will evaluate compliance with operational standards, food safety requirements, brand guidelines, and customer service protocols while delivering accurate and professional audit reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site audits of food retail outlets, supermarkets, convenience stores, and other food service establishments.
• Assess compliance with food safety, hygiene, operational, and brand standards.
• Evaluate store conditions, product quality, merchandising, inventory management, and customer service practices.
• Collect audit evidence through observations, photographs, and interviews.
• Prepare detailed audit reports within defined timelines.
• Identify areas of non-compliance and provide objective findings.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while conducting audits.
• Coordinate with the client and audit team regarding assignment completion and reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Food Retail Auditing, Quality Assurance, Food Safety, Retail Operations, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of food retail operations and audit methodologies.
• Excellent observation, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) are mandatory.
• Arabic language proficiency is preferred for Middle East locations.
• Ability to travel locally within the assigned country.
• Proficient in using smartphones/tablets and reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in Food Safety
• Experience conducting food and retail audits.
• Food safety certifications will be an added advantage.
