Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Food Science, Food Safety, Microbiology,
- HACCP Level 3 & PIC or equivalent certification (required).
- Train the Trainer certification approved by Dubai Municipality.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai Municipality Food Code, HACCP, ISO 22000, and food safety regulations.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a food safety or quality assurance role within hotels, restaurants, or catering operations.
- Proven experience in conducting food safety training, internal audits, documentation, and compliance monitoring.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and digital food safety documentation systems.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to maintain and manage food safety checklists, records, and documentation accurately.
- Strong follow-up skills to ensure corrective actions are implemented and food safety standards are consistently maintained.
- Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and reporting skills with the ability to work effectively across departments
