Football Coach

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Football Coach located in Jeddah. The Football Coach will be responsible for planning and delivering effective training sessions, developing player skills, and designing game strategies. The role involves mentoring and motivating young athletes to achieve their potential, ensuring their physical and mental wellbeing. Additionally, the coach will collaborate with other staff to align training with organizational goals and maintain a positive and encouraging team environment.

• Strong knowledge and experience in Football Coaching and general Coaching principles
• Proven expertise in football techniques, tactics, and player development
• Effective Communication skills to mentor players and liaise with staff and stakeholders
• Ability to design and implement effective Training programs tailored to different age groups and skill levels
• A passion for nurturing young talent and fostering teamwork
• Relevant coaching certifications and licenses are highly desirable
• Experience in youth coaching or school sports is a plus
• Proficiency in Arabic and/or English is an advantage
