Job Purpose:

To support international procurement operations by handling supplier communications, preparing documentation, tracking orders, and ensuring timely delivery of materials in alignment with production needs and company standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying and communicating with international suppliers for quotations and order confirmations.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in specifications, pricing, and delivery terms.
  • Track shipments and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery and customs clearance.
  • Maintain procurement records and documentation in ERP systems.
  • Support supplier evaluation processes and maintain updated vendor databases.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to align procurement activities with production schedules.
  • Resolve minor discrepancies in orders, invoices, and deliveries in coordination with suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and international trade regulations.

You're a great fit if you have:

  • Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Business Administration
  • Proficient in English and Arabic
  • 2-3 years in foreign procurement or supply chain
  • Basic procurement training or certification CIPS Level 2 or equivalent is preferred
  • Proficiency with Oracle ERP, MS Word, Excel
