Understanding of surface preparation and painting processes, paint marking.
Knowledge of relevant health and safety hazards, use of protection equipment, coating materials, mixing, and thinning of coatings, coating pot-life, surface requirements.
Familiar with engineering drawings and terminology.
Ability to work under pressure and manage/motivate a team.
Must be able to collaborate with other departments and communicate results and concerns to the production management team.
