Foreman Civil & Finishing Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Civil Foreman Supervisor to join our growing Renovation & Fit-Out construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong site execution experience and the ability to manage multiple renovation projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities with a strong focus on workmanship and finishing quality.

• Conduct regular snagging inspections, identify defects, and ensure timely rectification.

• Maintain strict quality control across all works and ensure compliance with project standards.

• Prepare daily reports highlighting progress, snagging items, defects, and quality-related issues.

• Inspect materials and completed works to ensure high-quality execution.

• Oversee multiple sites while ensuring consistent quality and smooth project handover.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience as a Civil Foreman (mandatory).

• Proven experience in renovation and interior fit-out works.

• Strong expertise in snagging, defect management, and quality inspections.

• Knowledge of civil finishing works including plastering, tiling, gypsum, and painting.

• Ability to read drawings and manage site activities effectively.

• Strong attention to detail, leadership, and reporting skills.

• UAE driving license is an advantage.
