Foreman - Marble Factory

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a Foreman for a marble cutting factory. The role will oversee machine operations within the factory, ensure efficient production, maintain quality standards, and guide machine operators while minimizing material wastage.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of marble cutting machines within the factory.

- Operate and oversee marble cutting machines, water jet machines, and polishing machines.

- Read and interpret cutting drawings to ensure accurate production.

- Monitor production processes to minimize wastage and optimize material usage.

- Lead and manage a team of machine operators, ensuring smooth workflow and productivity.

- Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety procedures in the factory.

Requirements

- Proven experience working in a marble or stone processing factory.

- Strong knowledge of marble cutting machines, water jet machines, and polishing machines.

- Ability to read and understand technical cutting drawings.

- Experience in supervising or leading machine operators.

- Good understanding of production efficiency and wastage control.

- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
