We are recruiting a Forex Trainer for one of our clients, a leading Forex trading organization based in Dubai, UAE.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design structured training programs for different skill levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced)
- Create course materials including slide decks, handouts, quizzes, and trading simulations
- Conduct live classroom or one-on-one training sessions on Forex fundamentals
- Explain key concepts: currency pairs, pips, lots, leverage, margin, bid/ask spread, and rollover
- Teach technical analysis (chart patterns, indicators like RSI, MACD, Fibonacci, moving averages)
- Teach fundamental analysis (economic indicators, central bank policies, news trading)
- Demonstrate use of trading platforms (e.g., MetaTrader 4/5, cTrader)
- Troubleshoot common mistakes (over-leveraging, ignoring news events, poor money management)
- Monitor global Forex markets daily to provide real-world examples during training
- Focus on platform usage, risk warnings, and basic strategy; often combined with customer support or sales functions
Requirements
- Proven experience of at least 2 years of live trading in the Forex industry
- Understanding of real-world trading challenges (slippage, spreads, margin calls, emotional discipline)
- Background in team leadership or client retention
- Hands-on client calling and sales experience
- Strong communication and training skills
