Work outdoors to directly represent the company and its full line of products, including forklifts and related equipment, by visiting customers in various locations
Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales goals set by company management
Identify, research, and actively pursue potential clients in the industrial equipment sector to generate new sales opportunities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships
Assess customer needs on-site and recommend suitable equipment solutions using technical and product knowledge
Prepare and deliver customized presentations, proposals, quotations, and contracts to customers based on their specific requirements
Coordinate with customers to clarify product offerings, discuss service plans, and ensure all sales-related documentation is accurate and complete
Provide accurate and timely technical and sales support to clients, ensuring the proper selection and usage of equipment
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Keep detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups; maintain a complete file for each customer
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay informed and maintain a competitive edge
Utilize all available sales tools, CRM systems, and resources to optimize sales efficiency and reporting
Collaborate with the internal operations and service teams to ensure smooth delivery, installation, or implementation of products and solutions
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is a must
Experience/Knowledge required: Experience in selling Forklifts, Knowledge of Material handling equipment, warehouses, and a strong technical background
MUST own a car and is okay with using it outdoors inside and outside of Cairo
Good English language
Residential location restrictions: No candidates from Giza or Helwan
