Key Responsibilities

Download formulation from client & start creating repository.

Work on optimization of formulas by working on alternative raw materials

Carry on Lab batches & conduct different types of stability tests to evaluate the formulation.

Participate & support in scale up process by working on the pilot process & get alignment with the customer.

Conduct pilot trials & conduct different types of stability tests to evaluate the success of the process.

Help the factory team during 1^st commercial batch basis lab & pilot experience to execute first time right commercial batch.

Work on a full NPD cycle basis, clients demand to deliver new products under different personal care portfolio.

Able to carry out different analytical studies to evaluate the NPD formulations stability.

Training the quality team on the specifications of the raw materials & finished goods.

Sharing the understanding of the raw materials with the warehouse team for proper understanding & handling.

Explain the manufacturing team on the product processing & train them to understand the critical control points.

Qualifications

• Chemical engg, BSC/ MSC chemistry, BPharm/ M Pharm
• 35 years of procurement experience in personal care/cosmetics.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
