Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, appropriate learning experiences aligned with the British EYFS framework.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment that supports children's learning and development.
- Observe, assess, and document children's progress and provide appropriate developmental support.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, maintaining effective communication.
- Work collaboratively with the teaching team to support the overall wellbeing and development of each child.
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a relevant field; CACHE Level 3 or equivalent Early Years qualification will also be considered.
- Previous experience working with children in a nursery or early years setting.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child-centred learning.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of French or Arabic is an advantage.
- Warm, patient, creative, and genuinely passionate about working with young children.
