About bepay

bepay is building the next-generation self-custody payment infrastructure that unifies fiat and stablecoin rails into one seamless, global payment layer. Our super app enables users and merchants to transact across UPI, cards, IBAN accounts, stablecoins, and multi-chain wallets all within a secure, compliant, and interoperable ecosystem.

About the Role

We are seeking a Founder's Office to support strategic initiatives, investor and partner relations, and operational execution in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, has excellent communication skills, and can represent bepay at key industry events and business meetings.

You will work closely with the Founder and leadership team to coordinate on-ground efforts, manage strategic relationships, and support the company's expansion activities in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent bepay at industry events, conferences, and networking meetups across Dubai and the UAE
  • Attend partner meetings, client discussions, and ecosystem gatherings as a company representative
  • Assist the Founders with on-ground business operations, investor relations, and partnership initiatives
  • Coordinate with ecosystem partners, banks, financial institutions and regulatory bodies as required
  • Manage communication and scheduling between Dubai-based stakeholders and global teams
  • Prepare meeting notes, presentations, and follow-up documentation for strategic discussions
  • Identify collaboration, partnership, and business development opportunities in the region
  • Support business planning, market research, and on-ground project execution for Middle East operations
  • Act as the bridge between the Dubai office and core leadership to ensure smooth information flow
  • Contribute to community engagement and brand representation within fintech and Web3 ecosystems

Requirements
  • Based in Dubai and available for in-person meetings and events
  • 35 years of experience in business operations, partnerships, or a founder's office roles
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to represent the company confidently in professional and networking settings
  • Experience coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and managing stakeholders
  • Knowledge or interest in fintech, digital payments, or Web3 ecosystems
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-paced startup environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
