Founding Lead Product Manager - Agentic AI Platform
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Founding Lead Product Manager to lead the creation of a next-generation Enterprise Agentic AI platform from the ground up. This is a true 0-to-1 role, owning the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and execution for a suite of AI-powered, production-grade components deployed directly into real-world operations.
You will operate at the intersection of AI systems design, enterprise workflows, and humanAI collaboration, working closely with founders and senior engineers to rapidly turn vision into reality. This role requires comfort with ambiguity, speed of execution, and a strong product instinct grounded in real user outcomes. You will act as the voice of the user while balancing technical feasibility, operational complexity, and long-term platform scalability.
What You'll Do
Product Leadership & Strategy
- Own and drive the product roadmap as the founding PM, ensuring alignment with customer needs, operational realities, and business outcomes.
- Define how autonomous AI agents are deployed, coordinated, and governed to solve complex, multi-step enterprise workflows.
- Establish a clear product vision for an enterprise-grade AI operating layer that others can build upon.
HumanAI Workforce Design
- Architect the hybrid workforce by designing interfaces, workflows, and protocols that enable seamless collaboration between AI agents and human teams.
- Ensure transparency, trust, and performance across human-in-the-loop and fully autonomous systems.
Rapid Prototyping & Validation
- Lead a high-velocity build cycle, testing hypotheses quickly in production-like environments.
- Move products from proof-of-concept to scaled regional deployment with urgency and discipline.
Production-Grade AI Standards
- Define what production-grade AI means in practice, beyond automation.
- Establish success metrics focused on system reliability, workforce throughput, operational leverage, and creative enablement.
Cross-Functional Execution
- Work deeply with engineering and design teams to ship high-quality products quickly.
- Own roadmap delivery end to end, from discovery through launch and iteration.
Hands-On Leadership
- Operate as an individual contributor in the early stages, prioritising outcomes over process.
- Thrive in a lean, startup-style environment embedded within a larger organisation.
What You'll Need
- 812+ years of Product Management experience, with a strong track record delivering 0-to-1 products or leading high-impact growth initiatives.
- Deep technical fluency in AI systems, including:
- Agentic frameworks (e.g. LangChain, OpenAI Agents SDK, AutoGPT or similar)
- LLM orchestration and RAG architectures
- Hands-on GenAI prototyping to increase personal and team productivity
- A platform-first mindset, with experience building modular systems, APIs, or internal operating platforms.
- Founder-level autonomy and comfort operating without a playbook in highly ambiguous environments.
- Experience navigating operationally complex, real-world domains (e.g. logistics, mobility, fintech, or enterprise platforms).
- Exceptional communication and influence skills, capable of aligning elite engineering teams and articulating complex AI concepts to senior stakeholders.
- Willingness to work on-site full-time in the UAE during this critical incubation phase.
- Experience modernising or transforming enterprise software stacks is a strong plus.
