Founding Senior Product Designer - Enterprise Agentic AI Platform
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the end-to-end design of a next-generation Enterprise Agentic AI platform. As the first design hire in a true 0-to-1 incubation phase, you will have a rare opportunity to define the visual language, interaction models, and experience principles for how humans and AI agents work together at scale.
This role goes far beyond traditional UI design. You will be designing entire operating experiencesdynamic, generative, and canvas-based interfaces that replace static forms and dashboards. Your work will translate complex AI orchestration logic into intuitive, high-performance experiences that feel seamless, powerful, and trustworthy.
You will partner closely with product, engineering, and senior leadership, shaping both the user experience and the underlying product vision.
What You'll Do
End-to-End Product Design
- Own the full design lifecycle, from user research and UX strategy through visual design, prototyping, and developer handoff.
- Design system-level experiences for AI-native enterprise workflows, not just screens or components.
HumanAI Interaction Design
- Define interaction paradigms that enable effective collaboration between humans and autonomous AI agents.
- Design for non-deterministic systems, where outcomes evolve dynamically based on agent behaviour and real-world inputs.
Design Systems & Foundations
- Build a design system from scratch that balances enterprise-grade rigor with modern, high-quality visual craft.
- Establish scalable patterns and principles that will support long-term platform growth.
Rapid Prototyping & Iteration
- Move quickly from low-fidelity concepts to production-ready interactive prototypes.
- Use prototyping as a core tool for validation, alignment, and fast decision-making in a 0-to-1 environment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work as a true partner to product and engineering, ensuring design solutions are both aspirational and technically feasible.
- Advocate for design excellence within a lean, high-performing team.
What You'll Need
- 58 years of product design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating complex, system-level work (e.g. SaaS platforms, internal tools, or AI-native products).
- Proven ability to design from first principles, including building design systems from scratch.
- A strong interest in the future of work, with a deep curiosity about how AI and autonomous agents reshape human productivity.
- Comfort designing for non-deterministic, agentic systems, where workflows and outcomes are dynamic rather than fixed.
- Rapid prototyping expertise, with the ability to move fast without sacrificing quality.
- High degree of autonomy, able to own design strategy and execution without a predefined playbook.
- Technical literacy across AI concepts (LLMs, agentic frameworks, orchestration), enabling context-aware and feasible design decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence engineers and clearly articulate design rationale to senior stakeholders.
- Willingness to work on-site full-time in the UAE during this high-intensity incubation phase.
- Experience modernising enterprise software or redesigning complex legacy workflows is a strong advantage.
