Fountain & Trade Quality Auditor

Role:

Provides administrative assistance to manager in managing custom made On-premise QA Inspection program for Fountain & Trade Outlets in coordination with QA-Food Safety Supervisor of the plant, Fountain Channel Manager, MEM Personnel, and Sales personnel to improve the customer satisfaction level in the market place and in reducing the quality variances in dispensed beverage quality and package quality of the canned or bottled products.

Accountabilities:

Conducts quality audits for restaurants, outlets or stores and examine if the products dispensed from fountain machine or if the products displayed in cooler meets PepsiCo product quality and package quality standards.

Tests the water quality parameters on the site to ensure the water quality results are up to the specified and set quality limits.

Verifies the records and display tags to confirm the periodical checks are conducted regularly and accurately.

Inspects the condition of MEM equipments if they function properly and the appearance is acceptable.

Inspects the age and storage condition of BIB, Cups and Lids in the front desk and back doors.

Inspects product samples from coolers and from back door for proper product rotation, and if the package quality parameters are sustained during the supply chain cycle.

Prepares daily inspection reports by outlet and by machine, and submits with corrective action plan recommendation to QA/FS Supervisor or Manager.

Monitors and captures any quality issues in BIB boxes or the finished products, cups and carriers delivered to Fountain or Direct Channels and report to QA/FS Supervisor or Manager for corrective action.

Coordinates with MEM and Food Services personnel and attends the fountain quality complaints and recommends corrective action plans for all findings in Fountain operation.

Also, coordinates with Sales Management personnel and redress the customer complaints and recommends corrective action plans for recurring findings in Sales operation.

Role Specification

Knowledge, skills and abilities (KSA's):

Batchelor Graduation in Chemistry, Biochemistry or in Food Science/Technology.

Conversant with FSSC 22000 & HACCP systems.

Familiarization in GMP, Good Housekeeping and in Food Safety principles and auditing.

3-5 years of audit experience in Carbonated Soft Drinks or related food industry or in a hotel industry.

Good communication skills in Arabic and English.

Good physical fitness to carry out continuous audits

Proficiency in Computer Usage
