Job Description

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting

Support the FP&A team in preparing annual budgets and monthly forecasts by collaborating with cross-functional departments to gather required financial information. Assist in analyzing financial data to identify trends, variances, key performance indicators (KPIs), and cost drivers. Contribute to improving forecast accuracy through ongoing financial analysis and insights.

Financial Reporting & Analysis

Prepare monthly financial reports, including variance analysis and commentary on business performance. Maintain and update financial models, reporting tools, and databases to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information. Partner with business stakeholders to understand their financial needs and provide analytical support to support decision-making.

Process Improvement & Strategic Projects

Identify opportunities to improve FP&A processes, reporting efficiency, and overall team effectiveness by implementing best practices. Support initiatives that enhance the budgeting and reporting process while contributing to a sustainable team workload and work-life balance. Participate in finance transformation projects, including the Tracking Tools Transformation initiative.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
  • Analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail and the ability to interpret data effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, experience with financial modeling and analysis tools is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Power BI experience is a plus
