What This Role Is About

Our client, a large FMCG organisation, is looking for an FP&A Director, based in Jeddah, to lead financial planning and performance management across the business.

This role will be responsible for driving the FP&A agenda, providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making, and ensuring strong alignment between financial targets and business performance.

You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to set financial targets, review business performance, and support key investment decisions. You will also play a key role in strengthening financial planning, forecasting, and business review processes.

The Client's Definition of the Ideal Fit

• 12+ years of experience in FP&A or related finance roles
• Strong FP&A experience within FMCG
• Proven experience in financial performance management
• Strong experience in AOP, forecasting, and business reviews
• Experience in Capex reviews and investment analysis
• Proven experience in target setting and performance tracking
• Strong ability to partner with senior leadership and translate financial insights into business decisions
• Strong analytical, commercial, and stakeholder management skills
