FP&A Lead (Senior Manager)

We are seeking a seasoned FP&A Manager to lead regional financial planning and analysis for a leading consumer services group. This is a strategic role with high visibility, responsible for driving financial performance, managing planning cycles, and delivering business-critical insights across the organization.

You will play a vital role in monthly close, budgeting & forecasting, investment analysis, and leading transformation initiatives including digital finance and ERP projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly management reporting and variance analysis.
• Lead the annual budget and monthly forecast process, ensuring alignment across multiple business units, cost centres, and funding sources.
• Develop and analyze budget/forecast proposals, delivering insights for management and board-level reviews.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decisions, investment/divestment activities, and accounting treatment simulations.
• Maintain robust financial controls and compliance frameworks to ensure accurate, accountable reporting across all cost centres.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, professional certification (CA/CPA) required.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in an MNC environment, with team leadership experience.
• Proven experience in FP&A, financial modelling, and business performance management.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
