Role Overview

A senior finance business partner who possesses strong analysis skills to support senior stakeholders. SQL experience, advance AI tool experience to support big data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders across APAC markets to deliver actionable financial insights, enable strategic decision-making, and drive performance against business objectives.
• Lead end-to-end financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, ensuring accurate, timely, and insightful reporting across areas of responsibility.
• Develop robust financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses to evaluate investments, strategic initiatives, and key business drivers.
• Drive regional finance transformation initiatives focused on operational efficiency, productivity measurement, cost optimization, and continuous improvement of finance processes and frameworks.
• Leverage data analytics, automation, AI-enabled tools, and SQL-based solutions to enhance forecasting accuracy, reporting capabilities, and scalable financial insights.
• Collaborate with regional finance teams and cross-functional stakeholders to execute strategic projects, identify business opportunities and risks, and provide value-added analysis to support organizational priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Banking & Finance, Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification in finance/accounting
• Minimum 10 years of experience
• Demonstrates strong ownership, sound judgement, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proactive and forward-looking mindset with strong analytical and communication skills
• SQL and AI tools experience
• Logistics background will be an added advantage
