Your Mission
FP&A Manager will own budgeting, forecasting, and P&L performance, while delivering data-driven insights to support key decisions. This is a high-impact role with strong exposure to leadership, offering the opportunity to shape financial strategy, build scalable processes, and grow into a senior finance position as Koinz continues to expand.
What you'll own
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Lead the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting cycles
- Develop and maintain P&L statements across business units
- Analyze financial performance and identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities
- Build and enhance financial models to support strategic planning
Operational Finance
- Oversee cash flow management and treasury activities
- Partner with accounting to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Monitor financial controls, cost efficiency, and operational performance
Strategic Finance
- Support investment decisions, fundraising activities, and financial structuring
- Evaluate new business initiatives, partnerships, and expansion opportunities
- Conduct scenario planning and support long-term strategic initiatives
Business Partnering
- Act as a finance partner to Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams
- Lead regular P&L review meetings with stakeholders
- Translate financial data into actionable insights for non-finance teams
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA, CFA is a plus)
- 5–8+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Finance Management
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
- Experience in both operational and strategic finance
- Exposure to multiple markets or international experience is a strong plus
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is a plus
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
