We're looking for an
FP&A Section Head with a strong
financial planning, analysis, and business partnering mindset to lead FP&A activities and drive financial performance across multiple business units.
This role goes beyond traditional accounting — you'll act as a
strategic finance partner to leadership, providing actionable insights, improving financial visibility, and supporting data-driven business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles across multiple business units.
- Oversee and review financial data, GLs, and management reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and deliver timely financial analysis and performance reports to senior management.
- Translate financial results into clear, actionable business insights.
- Partner with the CEO, CFO, and business/brand managers to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor KPIs and business performance, identifying risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
- Drive financial visibility and performance tracking across multiple brands/entities.
- Ensure compliance with group finance governance, policies, and reporting standards.
- Coordinate with and oversee outsourced finance teams, ensuring quality and timely deliverables.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of experience in FP&A, financial planning, analysis, or a similar finance leadership role.
- Strong background in FP&A and business partnering, beyond traditional accounting.
- Experience working within a matrix or multi-entity organization.
- Hands-on experience managing or reviewing outsourced finance teams.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with a commercial mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working with senior leadership.
- Ability to turn complex financial data into clear insights and business actions.
- Experience in group, multi-brand, or multi-entity structures is highly preferred.
- Strong ERP knowledge; Odoo experience is a plus.
- Strong ownership, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a structured governance and reporting environment.
