About the Job

The FPNA Lead will oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions for our shared services division supporting hospitality, leisure, and marina commercial operations. This role is critical in providing strategic insights, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis to support sustainable growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans for hospitality, leisure, and marina segments.
• Conduct detailed variance analysis and financial modeling to assess business performance.
• Collaborate with operational teams to ensure alignment between financial targets and business objectives.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve profitability, cost management, and operational efficiency.
• Prepare and present management reports, dashboards, and financial reports for senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and statutory financial reporting standards.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes related to shared service functions.
• Streamline financial processes and implement best practices within the shared services model.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Sales, and Marketing.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
• 7+ years of financial planning, analysis, and reporting experience, preferably in hospitality, leisure, or marina sectors.
• Strong understanding of shared services finance models.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, SAP, Oracle, or similar financial software.
• Advanced Excel, data analysis, and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Leadership experience in managing a team.
• Experience in a multinational or large-scale shared service environment.
• Knowledge of hospitality, leisure, and marina industry trends.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach.
