About this role
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Frappe applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance as needed.
- Updated with the latest technologies and best practices in Frappe development.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Frappe/ERPNext framework and Python programming language
- Experience in customizing and extending Frappe/ERPNext applications, with a strong portfolio of past projects.
- Proficient in Frappe development with a minimum of 1 year up to 2 years of experience
- Strong knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with database management systems, particularly MariaDB or MySQL.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
