About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Freelance E-Commerce Photo Editor to support our creative and production teams with clean, high-quality, and brand-aligned image retouching. This role requires strong attention to detail, an understanding of e-commerce visual standards, and the ability to deliver consistent results within quick turnaround times.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow all editing guidelines, references, and instructions provided at the time of handover.
- Perform background cleanup to ensure clean, distraction-free product and model imagery.
- Execute natural and minimal skin retouching, including the removal of blemishes while maintaining a realistic and natural appearance.
- Perform accurate color matching to reflect true product color when required by the team.
- Maintain brand consistency across all images within each project.
- Deliver edits within agreed timelines while upholding a high standard of quality.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a Photo Editor, Retoucher, or similar rolepreferably within fashion or e-commerce.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or other professional retouching tools.
- Excellent understanding of lighting, color correction, and non-destructive editing techniques.
- Ability to follow structured guidelines while maintaining image quality and efficiency.
- Strong sense of visual consistency, detail, and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage quick turnarounds.
Preferred Experience
- Experience editing product, apparel, or model imagery for online retail.
- Familiarity with brand visual standards and e-commerce image requirements.
- Ability to handle batch editing while maintaining consistency.
