Development Central is an innovative mobile APP platform that connects Teachers with Parents across the UAE who are seeking private 1:1 tutoring. We are currently seeking highly qualified and experienced freelance teachers to join our platform and contribute to our mission of empowering individuals through education. As a freelance teacher, you will have the opportunity to share your expertise, inspire learners, and make a positive impact on their development.
We are seeking qualified teachers in the following fields -
- CAT4
- Maths
- English
- Science
- Arabic
- French
- Spanish
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality online and/or In-Person teaching classes based on your area of expertise.
- Design and develop engaging and interactive learning materials tailored to the needs of individual learners.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to learners to help them achieve their learning objectives.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes active participation and knowledge retention.
- Utilise various teaching methods and tools to facilitate effective learning experiences.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements and trends in your field of work to enhance the quality of instruction.
- Collaborate with the Development Central team to continuously improve the platform and enhance user experience.
Requirements:
- Hold relevant qualifications and certifications in your field of expertise.
- Possess substantial experience and a proven track record of success in teaching.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex concepts.
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish rapport with learners and create a supportive learning environment.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse learning needs and preferences of individual learners.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and organised, with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Proficient in using online teaching tools and platforms.
- Ability to provide a Private Tutor Permit from MOHRE to be included on the Development Central APP.
