We are looking for an experienced Freelance Senior Project Manager in KSA & UAE - someone who can turn creative concepts into world-class exhibition experiences. A leader who can manage medium to large-scale stand builds from planning to execution, ensuring every project is delivered with precision, impact, and premium quality.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage medium to large-scale exhibition stand projects from concept to completion

• Collaborate with clients, sales, creative, QS, production, and on-site teams

• Ensure all builds align with client objectives, timelines, budgets, and brand standards

• Drive planning, coordination, and execution to achieve exceptional project results

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture (an advantage)

• Minimum 8 years of experience managing medium to large-scale exhibition stand projects

• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
