Freelance Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer at Cushman & Wakefield Core, you will be a key contributor in delivering innovative, visually compelling communications that elevate our brand and support strategic business objectives. Your work will span both digital and print channels, from high-impact presentations and marketing collateral to social media campaigns and event branding. You will work collaboratively across departments to transform complex ideas into clean, on-brand visual narratives that resonate with our target audiences.
The role is rooted in a highly corporate environment, and while creativity is valued, it is applied within defined brand frameworks to ensure consistency, credibility, and alignment with our global standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design a range of marketing collateral such as presentations, brochures, reports, advertisements, social media graphics, email templates, signage, and event materials.
- Ensure visual consistency across all materials in line with brand guidelines.
- Work closely with marketing, business development, and communications teams to understand project goals and develop designs that meet business needs.
- Interpret briefs and contribute ideas that enhance the final output.
- Produce digital assets for websites, social media, email campaigns, and online ads.
- Design and prepare print materials, including flyers, posters, and reports, ensuring they are print-ready and meet production specifications.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality results within tight deadlines.
- Organise design files and version control efficiently for internal use.
- Maintain the integrity of the Cushman & Wakefield Core visual identity across all design touchpoints.
- Adapt global templates for local use where required.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Suggest creative enhancements or efficiencies in workflows where appropriate.
- Display a proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a willingness to challenge the status quo, adapt quickly, and contribute creative ideas that drive value in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Demonstrate drive and vision by anticipating design needs, staying ahead of trends, and contributing ideas that support future-focused, strategic outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in a corporate or agency environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across digital and print work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom); experience with After Effects and Adobe Firefly or other generative AI tools is a strong advantage.
- Understanding typography, layout, color theory, and brand consistency.
- Experience preparing files for print and understanding digital formats.
- Basic knowledge of UX/UI or web design principles is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to receive and act on feedback constructively.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic is required.
