Role Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Cloud Finance Consultant to join a client project in the UAE, based in either Dubai or Abu Dhabi.

This is a 6-month contract opportunity requiring an immediate start and onsite presence. The successful candidate will provide functional expertise across Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, supporting business requirements, system enhancements, and the delivery of effective finance solutions.

The role is suited to an experienced Oracle Finance professional who can work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions within a fast-paced project environment.

Core Responsibilities

Oracle ERP Cloud Finance

• Provide functional expertise across Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle ERP Cloud solutions.
• Support configuration, testing, and implementation of finance-related functionality.
• Assist with system enhancements, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure solutions align with business processes and Oracle Cloud best practices.

Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with Finance stakeholders to understand business requirements and operational challenges.
• Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and document functional specifications.
• Translate business needs into clear functional solutions and user stories.
• Collaborate with technical teams, Product Owners, and other functional consultants.
• Provide functional guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.

Testing & Delivery

• Support SIT, UAT, and end-to-end testing activities.
• Identify and resolve functional issues during testing and implementation.
• Assist with data validation, process documentation, and user training where required.
• Ensure timely delivery of assigned work packages and project milestones.

Required Experience & Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.
• Proven experience working as an Oracle ERP Cloud Finance Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of relevant Finance modules, such as:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Fixed Assets (FA)
• Cash Management
• Intercompany
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional solutions.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud configuration, testing, and issue resolution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively within a project team.
• Previous experience working in onsite consulting environments is desirable.

Contract Details & Eligibility

• Contract Duration: 6 months.
• Start Date: Immediate.
• Location: Dubai or Abu Dhabi, UAE.
• Working Arrangement: Fully onsite.
• Visa Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship and visa transfers are not available for this position.
• Employment Status: This opportunity is intended for independent contractors and consultants who are available to work on a contract basis.
