Your Roles & Responsibilities:
Experience Design and Strategy:
- Develop and implement innovative experiential marketing strategies that align with our brand's goals and target audience.
- Design experiences that create emotional connections and enhance brand loyalty.
Event Planning and Execution:
- Plan and execute live events, pop-ups, trade shows, product launches, and other experiential marketing activities.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, permits, staffing, and technical requirements.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product, and creative teams, to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and agencies to bring experiential concepts to life.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage budgets for experiential projects, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Track and report on expenses, negotiating with vendors and suppliers.
Measurement and Analysis:
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of experiential activities.
- Analyze data and feedback to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Brand Storytelling:
- Craft compelling narratives that resonate with the audience and align with the brand's identity.
- Ensure all activities reflect and enhance the brand's image.
Innovation and Trends:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and emerging platforms.
- Continuously seek out new and innovative ways to create unique experiences.
Presentation and Communication Skills:
- Possess strong presentation skills to effectively communicate ideas to stakeholders.
- Present with confidence and a strong character, inspiring enthusiasm in the team and stakeholders.
Education & Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree is a must.
Minimum 5+ years of experience.
Experience in retail is mandatory.
