- Oversee daily operations of automotive spare parts supply, including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products
- Maintain high standards of product quality and authenticity for all truck, bus, and heavy vehicle parts
- Support the sales team in addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
