We are looking for a results-driven freelance recruiter to support fast-paced hiring across UAE and GCC.
This is a delivery-focused, agency-style role. You will be expected to source, shortlist, and close mid to senior-level candidates quickly. Speed, execution, and quality are critical.
This role is best suited for recruiters who are used to high-pressure environments and tight hiring timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple open roles simultaneously (mid–senior level)
- Source candidates through headhunting, databases, and networks
- Deliver qualified shortlists within 2–5 days
- Conduct initial screening and ensure candidate-job alignment
- Coordinate interviews and support closing process
- Maintain consistent communication with hiring managers
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years recruitment experience (agency preferred)
- Proven experience in filling mid–senior level roles
- Strong headhunting capability (not reliant on job postings only)
- Existing UAE/GCC candidate network
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and performance pressure
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Compensation
