Role Description

This is a freelance, Remote role for a Freelance Recruiter . The Freelance Recruiter will handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. Responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, creating job descriptions, posting job advertisements, and conducting interviews. The recruiter will also build a pipeline of qualified candidates, manage candidate relationships, and ensure a positive recruitment experience for all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Recruitment, sourcing, and talent acquisition expertise
• Interviewing and candidate assessment skills
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms
• Ability to work under deadlines and meet hiring targets independently
• Knowledge of current labor market trends and hiring practices
• Experience with technical or specialized recruitment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
