Role Overview

We're looking for ambitious Freelance Recruiters to support our growing clients. This role is ideal for recruiters who are self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable managing the full recruitment cycle independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for real estate roles (sales, marketing, operations, leadership, etc.)
• Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and personal networks
• Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Meet agreed hiring targets and timelines
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment
• Strong sourcing and screening skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
• Commitment to deadlines and quality hires
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and online recruitment tools
