Role Description The Freelance Sales Introducer is a contract role based on-site in Dubai, responsible for identifying potential customers and introducing them to Rukan Albait's technical services. Day-to-day activities include visiting residential and commercial areas, networking with property owners and managers, and sharing information about maintenance, AC repair, electrical, and plumbing services. The role involves generating leads, scheduling appointments for the technical team, and following up with prospects to support successful conversions. The Freelance Sales Introducer will maintain clear records of outreach activities and collaborate closely with operations staff to ensure that client needs are accurately communicated.
Qualifications

Strong sales and lead generation abilities, including prospecting, cold outreach, and relationship building.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present services clearly and professionally.
Basic understanding of maintenance, AC repair, electrical, and plumbing services to explain offerings confidently.
Ability to work independently in the field, manage time efficiently, and meet agreed activity or lead targets.
Previous experience in sales, real estate, facilities management, or technical services is an advantage.
Fluency in English; additional languages commonly spoken in Dubai are beneficial.
Knowledge of Dubai neighborhoods and commercial areas, with willingness to travel locally on-site.
