Now we're looking for ambitious sales talent who want to make an impact and earn big while doing it.

What You'll Do:

• Own the Sales Cycle: Prospect, pitch, demo, and close new B2B clients across industries from real estate to healthcare to telecom.
• Consult & Advise: Speak with decision-makers (C-level) and help them see how Amira transforms their customer journeys.
• Drive Customer Success: Support onboarding, monitor KPIs, and ensure long-term client satisfaction and retention.
• Work Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with product, tech, and leadership teams both in Dubai and Germany to improve customer outcomes.
• Grow with Impact: You'll directly influence revenue and brand visibility in the region.

What You Bring:

• 35+ years in B2B sales in the Middle East ideally in SaaS, AI, or complex solutions
• Strong consultative selling and presentation skills
• Native-level English (Arabic is a plus)
• Tech-savvy & curious you understand what AI can do and want to be part of that shift
• Closer mindset you know how to build trust, negotiate, and close deals
• A proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
