We are looking for a Freelance Senior Graphic Designer to support an event with strong visual storytelling and playful brand expression. If you enjoy bringing brands to life across physical spaces and digital touchpoints - and thrive in fast-paced event environments - this role is for you.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for executing and managing all graphic outputs for the event, ensuring brand consistency, production accuracy, and timely delivery across print, venue graphics, and digital platforms. This is an on-site freelance role and requires working from the office, with possible on-ground support at the event site throughout the contract period.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and adapt event brand applications across all touchpoints
- Prepare print-ready production files (large format, signage, vinyls, boards, wayfinding, etc.)
- Design and execute graphics across the venue, ensuring visual consistency and scale accuracy
- Create social media graphics aligned with the event's visual language
- Design event collaterals (invitations, badges, lanyards, programs, giveaways, etc.)
- Coordinate closely with production teams to ensure accurate specs, formats, and timelines
- Conduct final artwork checks before production and installation
- Maintain clean file structure and archiving for handover post-event
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within events, exhibitions, or brand activations
- Strong understanding of print production processes and file preparation
- Proven ability to apply playful, engaging brand systems across physical and digital formats
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
- Experience designing for large-scale environments and on-ground event assets
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Able to work efficiently under tight timelines and multiple deliverables
- Arabic is preferred
