Role Description

We are expanding our elite team of trainers at Elharefa! We are looking for experienced Freelancing & Coaching experts to lead specialized training programs in collaboration with official partners and governmental entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver practical, freelancing training sessions for students and fresh graduates.
• Mentor cohorts through structured official programs.
• Guide trainees on how to navigate and succeed on international freelance platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.).
• Monitor student progress and ensure measurable results and targets are met.

Requirements:

• Practical Technical Expertise: Proven hands-on experience in your specialized field.
• Freelancing Success: Active profiles and real client history on global freelance platforms.
• Training Experience: Previous experience working with youth or fresh graduates.
• Location: Must be an Egyptian national residing in Egypt.
• Education: University degree is a must.
• Result-Oriented: Ability to work within structured cohorts and meet clear KPIs.
