Ontime Healthcare is seeking a skilled Freelancer Site Supervisor for Fitout work to join our team for the night shift. This role is ideal for candidates who can step in immediately and take charge of our fitout projects during the night hours. You will be responsible for supervising site operations, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards and complies with safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the night shift operations of fitout projects
- Ensure all work is conducted in compliance with safety and quality standards
- Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors and on-site staff
- Conduct on-site inspections to assess work progress and compliance with plans
- Address any issues or conflicts that arise during the night shift
- Prepare and submit reports on nightly progress to management
- Ensure adequate materials and equipment are available for operations
- Assist in planning and scheduling fitout activities
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in fitout or a related construction field
- Flexible availability to work night shifts
- Strong knowledge of fitout processes and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with construction management software is a plus
- Immediate availability to start is essential
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred
