Freight Forwarder

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Freight Forwarder based in Cairo. The Freight Forwarder will manage day-to-day logistics operations, handle export and freight transportation processes, and ensure timely delivery of goods. The role includes collaborating with customers to provide excellent service, optimizing freight forwarding operations, and coordinating shipments to meet client requirements.

• Proficiency in Freight Forwarding and Freight Transportation operations
• Experience in Forwarding and Export processes
• Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to maintain positive relationships with clients
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site in a dynamic team environment
• Familiarity with compliance and documentation in freight logistics is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
