Job Description

2–4 years of experience in freight forwarding, shipping, or freight coordination.
Strong hands-on knowledge of international freight processes.
Experience dealing directly with freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, and customs brokers.
Good understanding of Air Freight, Sea Freight, and/or Land Freight.
Strong knowledge of shipping and import/export documentation.
Experience with freight rates, quotations, bookings, and freight invoices.
Knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping procedures.
Strong follow-up, negotiation, and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Excel and standard office applications.
