We are looking for a talented Bilingual Recruiter to join our team in supporting a high-profile Canadian account. This is a fully remote role, offering the opportunity to manage end-to-end recruitment while working from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles within the Canadian market.
  • Bilingual Communication: Conduct interviews and assessments in both French and English to ensure a high standard of linguistic proficiency.
  • Guide applicants through the hiring process, ensuring a professional and engaging experience.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific account needs and talent requirements.

Qualifications

  • Language Skills: fluency in both French and English is mandatory.
  • Background: Proven experience in Sales or Customer Service (CS).
  • Experience Plus: Prior experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition is a significant advantage.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and time-management skills.
