Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles within the Canadian market.
- Bilingual Communication: Conduct interviews and assessments in both French and English to ensure a high standard of linguistic proficiency.
- Guide applicants through the hiring process, ensuring a professional and engaging experience.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific account needs and talent requirements.
Qualifications
- Language Skills: fluency in both French and English is mandatory.
- Background: Proven experience in Sales or Customer Service (CS).
- Experience Plus: Prior experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition is a significant advantage.
